Pre-Purchase Inspection

Is your future dream car in South Florida, but you aren't?  Have us go take a look at the car for you, before you buy!  

We will condition grade the engine bay, chassis, interior and exterior using a #1 through #6 grading scale extensively used in the collector car hobby.  An extensive amount of photos will be taken.

The car will be taken for out for a test drive or ride along to make sure the car accelerates, shifts, steers, brakes, and idles properly.  We operate all of the equipment (radios, seats, mirrors, sunroofs, climate control, stereo, NAV systems etc) to make sure everything works.

Disclaimer: We try to be as thorough as we can.  That said we are limited to what we can see and hear.  In most cases we do not have access to lifts, though we do extensively photograph the undercarriage.  We do not disassemble cars in any way.  The only tools we use are tire pressure and tread depth gauges, a flashlight and a soft magnet.  It is beyond the scope of this inspection to run diagnostics and computer checks.  We are appraisers NOT mechanics. If that is required we suggest contacting a local dealer of the make you are looking at.  Furthermore, this inspection should be considered a snapshot in time.  Used cars, and certainly older cars, can and do break without notice.  Cars routinely get damaged during transportation.
